Hormone Balancing at My Healing Station
The Harmone Balancing technique tunes the functioning of master controler of Endocrine System- the Hypothalamus. Further on deeper level this therapy helps control harmone secretion from specefic endocrine glands like Pituatory, Thyroid, Penial, Ovaries etc. (The hypothalamus is an area of the brain that produces the "controlling" hormones. These hormones regulate body processes such as metabolism, and control the release of hormones from varios glands like the thyroid, the adrenals and the gonads -testes or ovaries).
We use hormone therapy for people with tendencies that make body and mood ‘hormone sensitive’ or ‘hormone dependent’
Sunil's Hormone balancing therapy is todays most safe and effective anti aging solution that is getting popular in India rapidly. The Hormone balancing therapy works with the simple purpose of aligning the hormonal environment inside the body rather than any external addition of hormone through pills or injections to the body. Once the balance is restored the person is able to retain the normal day today body functions, physiology, energy and power in her/ his body.
At My Healing Station we also handle cases of people from all part of the world who come looking for holistic healing and fixation of Hormonal issues through non surgical & alternative healing approach. |

Why Hormone Imbalance Happens?
Hormones are chemicals body creates to control several functions. They control all the systems of the body. When they work harmoniously- as they are called hormones, your body and mind behaves in perfect way. But if there is too much or too little of any one hormone, or imbalance in mixture of various hormones then something wrong happens- ranging from simple things like mood swings to complex medical conditions like cancer. Desired pregnancies don't take place, the uneasiness of PMS makes the days before menstruation difficult, or menstruation may occur irregularly or not occur at all.
To eliminate hormone imbalance symptoms means you need to balance your hormones. Progesterone deficiency is the number one cause of having female hormone imbalance symptoms in most cases. During menopause, ovaries stop ovulating, and the monthly production of natural progesterone ceases.

Symptoms of hormone imbalance are caused primarily by the incorrect relationship between progesterone and estrogen levels in the body. The two female hormones, estrogen and progesterone, exist in a delicate balance. Variations in that balance can have a dramatic effect on your health, resulting in symptoms of hormone imbalance. The amounts of these hormones that the woman's body produces from month to month can vary, depending on factors such as stress, nutrition, exercise and most importantly -- ovulation or the lack of ovulation.
Hormone imbalance and hormone imbalance symptoms are also caused by the primary hormones becoming out of balance. And you should know this hormone imbalance comes from changes in the reproductive cycle in women and fluctuations in hormone levels. |

Hormones have the following major effects on the body:
Stimulation or inhibition of growth
Mood swings
Induction or suppression of apoptosis (programmed cell death)
Activation or inhibition of the immune system
Regulation of metabolism
Preparation of the body for mating, fighting, fleeing, and other activity
Preparation of the body for a new phase of life, such as puberty, parenting, and menopause
Control of the reproductive cycle
Hunger cravings
A hormone may also regulate the production and release of other hormones. Hormone signals control the Internal environment of the body through homeostasis. |
